Bertazzoni : Professional X365GGVX 36 Pro-Style Gas Range Latest Reviews

You spent so much money on it and you would think you get a distinguished feature product, think again...Over the earlier period few years, we had to replace the ignition parts, door pivot, the lofty burner, and reassemble door panel. The worst part is the oven. It's a bind to light it up. You be inflicted with to hold the button pro 10 seconds to light it up, and loads of era the fire dies out pro no mind, leave-compelling the chatter smell everywhere. The temperature of the oven is so potholed with the intention of it's almost impossible to bake cookie lacking burning the underside. We old to confess a $500 vortex oven, and I missed it so much. I will not trust anything made in Italy any extra. With all the mentioned negatives, however, this range has a extremely nice appearance. If you don't cook much and just need a range pro decoration, I suggest you go pro it ;)

We purchased this unit in 2010 when we absolutely remodeled our kitchen. We wanted a 6 unit burner top and when you go to a 36" size, you bump up into the pro line of ranges. We looked at all types. Actually trying to find a in tears in the $3-$5K array. This was our resolution. We have used it every day since we had it installed. I bake bread, cakes, cookies, casseroles, meat...all! LOVE it. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it bakes at a exact regular temp. I put two oven thermometers, one in front, one in back. It's regular with the knob dial.It took some being paid used too, and does take a even as to preheat, but not anything I couldn't get used to. All my regular cookie sheets and jellyroll pans fit fine. I do have to mind when I put pans on the bottom, they can get burned much faster than my old thrilling. All in all, it was a splendid hold and I highly recommend this array!

Terrible. We purchased a house that had just been renovated and had this 1 year old range installed. It looks great... all who visits is impressed. But it's terrible. The oven takes about 30 seconds of land down the pin to light - in fact as of today it just won't stay lit at all so I'm cooking with the broiler. When it does light, you have to close the door gently or the gust of air blows it out. Nominal oven love is 275F and isn't tall ample for a full size failure. Stovetop works fine but the small simmer burner is on the front forcing you to constantly reach over a hot pot to cook on the back burner. Center dual ring has a lot of vex lighting. Gaps in the cast iron grates are too large so small bottomed pots and pans can tip dangerously. Anyhow, it's just grating every release time I use it. Glad I didn't buy it but it's hard to justify replacing it since it's so new.
