After shopping almost for a new oven, we chop in tenderness including this oven overall far over and above similar ovens - it has the simple 2 racks (ordered a 3rd for baking purposes) in a very roomy oven (5.9 cubic feet). The large dialogue box reveals a true convection oven - the rear of the oven has a fan including a further heating element for up to 30% reduced cooking time - care for this in mind when following recipes and cooking directions on prepackaged foods!Features that would improve this freestanding array, in my opinion:* The bridge element for using including 2 burner griddle. I can use it the way it comes anyway, but it would be kind to include on future models.* A turn bulge for the warmer element (currently has pushbutton controls)* Simplified oven controls - such as up and down buttons for selecting temperature instead of numeric buttons (some people will see the numeric controls as a enormous map)* The controls on the 2 dual burners in cooperation go from OFF to HIGH to then lower temperatures, yet the regular burners are OFF to LOW to HIGH, including the controls being contrary this could be a hazard to older (or younger) cooks.All in all I believe we are going to tenderness this array over time, it austerely has an adjustment period from the older array. - Jeri Zerr "formerly a Road Warrior of the Nth...
