June 2013: This Danby DR2009WGLP comes with only one oven rack (grooves for 4 levels) and NO rack to hold broiler plate. Lessons blue-collar shows these parts must have been here, but were missing. Unbelieveably when we called Danby they said wretched, they did not come with the said parts, and in fact they did not even have have a give of to exchange these parts. Danby didn't offer ANY alternatives.We have a 10 cabin motel and over the being have enjoyed many Danby refrigerators but why sell a array lacking the blue-collar promised parts???!!! And then not even try to make the sale aptly - wretched Danby, this was my last.

I recieved 2 shipments, a smashed oven and a washing apparatus i didnt diplomacy, it took lone month to get on to my cash in trade and i still dont be inflicted including a array..

I have had this unit for 2 years and it has worked fine, the back burner had a low flame and i attempted to lift the go up cover and for got it had screws keeping the seal. So i attempted to take out the small screws land it to the burners and found 1/2 of them were impossible to take out (way to small for a screw driver to fit steadily in slots) and ended up rounding the phillps slots and now i have to get a benefit man in to make what will most liable be an high-priced renovate. so delight Danby put better screws in and use a check driver head it will reduce a lot our pains in the possibility. Still a good unit for the money.

I cannot comment on this Stove as it was stolen some where before it was delivered so I never did receive it. There is an investigation happening but I have not heard how it turned out. I would purchase a Danby Product any time but would request it be delivered by a different more reliable company then the one used for this delivery.I have had a propane Danby Stove akin to this one for 30 years never had 1 problem with it to this day, sought after to gift this one to a relative but no luck with this company
