DCS : RDT-305-N 30in Professional Dual Fuel Range Review

Oven was delivered 1 week ago to exchange a 29 year old all electric WhirlPool 2 oven/range amalgamation.Decision caught up 6 months of research and prep work.Purchased and had installed by a local dealer, same price as on line. One week after hold it was delivered, next day installed. In addition we got the 30" DCS back splash and Zephyr Tempest 1 fan. Minor cabinet work was required above the fan and some modifications to the wall for the rear exit alignment to the old exterior fan vent. This is a wonderful range, everything about it is solid, knobs work well.Promotion points for us were the large burners that cook at 140'for large stock pots. All burners cook, must have for me. The fifth burner was a bonus and very nice to have for pan frying and WOK.The rack system is incredible and rolls very smoothly.Temperature control is very fine tuned allowing for endless control.Pros: Well built, 5th burner, cook on all burners, large stable gratesCons: No oven timer, no cook ware drawer under oven, very heavy
