Bottom oven does not cook frozen biscuits extremely good. You have to spin the pan around. Use this in commercial kitchen and should have bought a commercial convection oven. Plus the igniter glow bar went out after being used only three months. Order a new part from GE and they sent the wrong part. Was down a week. I got the right part a week latter and the part came in ruined! The part was not protected in the box it was packaged in. A further week without a stove! Got a further one in and guess what? It was ruined too! After a further long call including GE and three weeks including no oven I have a further one coming! I am service tech and do not recommend this style of ignition.

Let me initiation by adage that I bought this array one year ago to cook for 12 people every single day. I wasn't export it to look pretty in my kitchen. I knew I was expecting a lot, and I have given it a levelheaded work out for the last year.I will initiation with the things I love about it. I love the crucial top grill. Mine is well scoured and cranks out pancakes, grilled sandwiches, and eggs every single day. I love the generous burner for boiling things quickly, and heating up generous quantities of food in a evenhanded time. My one,very insignificant beef with the cook top is that the burners get knocked off crucial top when I wipe around them causing them to not put a contest to if I don't make sure they are sitting accurately.I do not love the ovens. The top oven racks are set so that you any set it very nearly frankly on the burner, which will produce pizzas to smoke. Or you set it on the crucial top which is too shallow for a 9x13 pan. Pretty much it is only actually useful for a in tears flat on the crucial top rack. It also has a blue-collar knob to control the settings that doesn't let you know how close you are to your pre-set temperature. The top oven seems to take longer to pre-heat so I find for myself wondering if I am close, or it is just actually slow. The lower oven has definite cold a skin condition. I know that convection ovens are not held to have hot and cold a skin condition (and my last two didn't) but this one does. I just pulled out a cornbread that is raw in the median and burnt on one side. I left a Jenn Air dual convection array in the before household we lived in and was hoping this array would be akin. With by it for one year, I am disappointed with the way the oven bakes.I had read many, many reviews before I purchased this oven. I knew that for what I had budgeted I was likely not vacant to love the oven. I was not surprised that this is not a five star array, but most of the reviews focused on looks and clean up not cooking cleverness. Bottom line, if you are a baker, this oven will be disappointing. If you are responsibility a lot of cooking at home this array is okay by and large. I reflect you could probably find one that is not quite as spendy that will cook as well.
